L'AO takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. This page explains what data is collected on this site, why, and how you can exercise your rights.

L'AO, a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with share capital of €10,000.00, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Tarbes under number 929 811 156, whose registered office is located at Lieu-dit Peyrehitte, 65380 Layrisse, is responsible for the processing of data collected on this site. Contact Form:Name, first name, phone number, email address, and message. This data is used solely to respond to your request and is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the exchange.

Customer Account and Orders When creating an account or placing an order, we collect: name, first name, billing address, delivery address, email, phone number, and your order history. This data is necessary to manage your order, invoicing, and delivery tracking, and is kept in accordance with legal retention periods (in particular for accounting and commercial purposes).

Payment Online payment is processed by our secure payment providers (Stripe, PayPal...). L'AO never has access to your full bank details, as these are processed directly by these providers under their own terms and privacy policies.

Customer Reviews:If you leave a review on a product, your name (or username) and the content of your review are published directly on the relevant product page.

Automated emails (Brevo)
We use Brevo to send you automated emails linked to your purchasing journey on the site (for example, in the event of an abandoned cart or after receiving your order).

Audience measurement We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to measure site traffic and understand how it is used, in order to improve content and performance.

A cookie is a small text file placed on your browser when you visit the site. The site uses different types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the site to function properly (cart, account login, security). These cannot be disabled.
• Audience measurement cookies: placed by Google Analytics 4, these allow us to measure site traffic and understand its use, on an anonymised basis. 

On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. You may change your preferences at any time via your browser settings, or by deleting cookies already placed. Refusing audience measurement cookies does not affect your browsing or your ability to place an order on the site.

Audience measurement cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Your data is kept for the standard periods recommended by the CNIL, in particular:

• Contact data: for as long as necessary to process the request
• Customer account and order data: for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (accounting, tax)

Your data may be shared with the following providers, strictly to the extent necessary for them to carry out their respective tasks:

• IONOS (website hosting) Stripe / PayPal... (payment processing)
• Brevo (sending transactional emails linked to your order)
• Google (Analytics 4, Search Console — audience measurement)
• Our carrier (delivery of your order)

These providers only use your data for the purposes stated above and are themselves bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, and port your personal data. L'AO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of your personal data and to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorised third parties.
