Delivery

AO ships throughout France and Europe. Choose the delivery method that works best for you when placing your order: home delivery, pickup at a retail location, or guaranteed time slot (Predict by DPD).

All orders placed on lao-horse.com qualify for free shipping on purchases of 300 € or more within mainland France.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of your package at checkout. As a general guide, expect to pay between €5.67 and €7.12 for a package delivered to a pickup location, and a little more for home delivery, with or without a time slot.

Delivery to Corsica, the islands, and mountainous areas

For certain areas, a surcharge applies due to the carrier's specific logistical constraints:

Corsica and coastal islands: +19.94 €
Mountain areas: +€5.87

These surcharges are automatically applied at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code—no action is required on your part.

We also ship to several European countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and many others). Shipping rates vary depending on the geographic region and the weight of the package, and are displayed automatically at checkout.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message with the DPD tracking link, allowing you to track your delivery in real time until it is delivered.
